1:1 Divorce Coaching
Note: requires an initial Discovery Session
Divorce can leave you making some of the most consequential decisions of your life at exactly the time it is hardest to think clearly.
Divorce coaching gives you a confidential, one-to-one space to slow things down, understand what is happening, consider your options and decide how you want to move forward.
I don't tell you what to do. I help you make informed, intentional decisions with your eyes wide open, so you can move forward with greater clarity and confidence and make choices you are less likely to regret later.
Support for the whole divorce process
Clients work with me at every stage of separation and divorce, from contemplating whether to leave through negotiation, mediation, legal proceedings, co-parenting and the transition into life after divorce.
Our work might include preparing to tell your spouse you want to separate, developing an exit strategy, understanding your divorce process options, organizing financial disclosure, preparing for mediation or negotiations, developing proposals and parenting plans, managing difficult communication, preparing for meetings with your lawyer or other professionals, or working through a decision that feels impossible to make.
Sometimes the work is strategic and practical. Sometimes it is about slowing down conflict, getting emotionally regulated enough to think clearly, or separating what feels urgent from what actually needs your attention.
Often, it is all of those things at once.
Better prepared. More intentional. Still your decisions.
Divorce coaching does not replace your lawyer, mediator, financial professional or therapist. It fills a different gap.
We can use our time together to prepare before an expensive professional meeting, organize your thoughts and questions, understand what information you still need, work through your priorities and interests, and determine what you want to accomplish before you walk into the room.
That preparation can help you use your professional team more effectively while keeping you actively involved in the decisions that will shape your own future and your children's.
The goal isn't for me to make your decisions for you. It's for you to be able to make them with clarity, confidence and agency.

Choose the level of support that fits where you are
Ongoing 1:1 coaching is offered through monthly subscriptions, from one consistent monthly coaching session through to high-access Concierge support.
Your needs may change as your divorce moves through different stages. Some months may be relatively quiet. Others bring negotiations, financial disclosure, parenting decisions, difficult communication or several important things happening at once.
The right level of support depends on where you are now, how quickly things are moving and how much access and hands-on support would be useful to you.
Monthly coaching subscriptions range from $250 to $850 + GST per month.
Not sure what kind of support you need? Start with a complimentary Discovery Session.
We'll talk about where you are, what's happening right now and where you feel stuck. You'll have an opportunity to ask questions about divorce coaching and we'll determine whether working together makes sense.
